We're currently having issues

We have managed to stabilise the server. Apologies for any inconvenience. Any further issues please let us know.

We have managed to slow the bots down again, hopefully permanently this time. We are keeping a close eye on this.

We are seeing performance issues again, we are investigating further.

We have added a crawl delay for MSNBot and this has stabilised services, however acutely aware that bing may only check this once a day, so it may not have fully registered our delay requests yet.

It seems that bing (search engine) is hammering a number of our hosted sites, far more than you would expect. We are working on a way to slow this down to ensure full service across the server.

Sorry, but we are experiencing some issues with slow connections, bad gateway errors, and issues connecting to the databases at times. We are currently investigating and will update this shortly.
