Resolved
After 6 hours and 42 minutes

We have spent most of the day investigating, it has helped highlight further pockets of opportunity to optimise so we are now working on those. We don’t believe the 2 events this week are related at all and do believe this is a coincidence. Today’s was caused by a very large memory spike.

We are pleased everything has been stable since our last update.

Again huge apologies for the inconvenience, we understand how important it is for your website to be live at all times.

We will continue to monitor 24/7 as always.

This does seem to be effecting most connections and is a bigger issue. This is the second time this week, but the first time in over 6 months. We have just secured availability from a Tier III level systems administrator and they are looking at this right now. We understand how important it is for your website to be available at all times. We assure you this is a matter of urgency for us.

Apologies for the inconvenience, we will be back in touch ASAP.
