Our additional firewall blocks are now keeping the malicious traffic under control, and processing speeds have returned to normal across the infrastructure.

We are currently experiencing extremely high volumes of malicious bot requests targeting multiple websites across our infrastructure from several countries. This sudden spike has placed unusual load on our servers and intermittently affected performance.

To protect our customers and maintain stability, our team has been actively implementing new firewall rules. We are avoiding automated blanket blocking to ensure we do not disrupt genuine users, which means each rule is being carefully tested and applied.

Earlier today, we briefly paused some services for a few minutes while deploying a significant firewall update. This was essential to restore stability. Services are now operating normally, and the infrastructure is stable.

However, the bot traffic is still ongoing. At present, our updated firewall and monitoring systems are successfully absorbing and mitigating these attacks, and we are continuing to fine-tune protection in real time.
