At this stage, we have two options:

• Restore Services Now: We can bring websites back online with the optimisations completed so far. However, this would require scheduling further downtime in the coming weeks to replace the drive again.

• Continue Maintenance Tonight: We can use this opportunity, while the websites are already offline and it’s later in the night, to redo the data transfer. This approach would extend the downtime by an estimated 3–4 hours, but it would allow us to complete the upgrades without requiring another maintenance window soon.

We believe the second option is the most efficient way to minimise future disruptions, and our team is already working to resolve this as quickly and carefully as possible.

Our next update will be in the early hours unless we have significant progress to share sooner.
