All services are now back online. The issue was caused by a failure of the network interface, which did not recover automatically and required a manual forced restart by our hosting provider.

We’re monitoring closely, but everything is fully operational again.

We are still awaiting a resolution from our hosting provider Rackspace, who continue to work on fixing the underlying issue. At this time there are no further updates, but we will share more information as soon as it becomes available.
