We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

It looks like one of our safety systems kicked in and detected an unexpected change on the drive that hosts the databases so dropped it into read only state for safety.

We’ve done a filesystem check on it and it seems fine so rebooting the system solved the issues. We are going to continue investigating so we can understand if there is anything else underlined but for now all systems are go.

We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. At this stage we can see it’s related to one of the hard drives going into read only state.
